By using LunaticHost's services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with or without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Refunds and Disputes

LunaticHost offers a 72-hour refund period for new customers. To be eligible, you must contact our support team within 72 hours of your purchase with a valid reason for the refund request. Refunds will not be granted for violations of our terms, including abuse of server resources or failure to comply with our acceptable use policy. All disputes will be handled through our support channels.

Cancellations

You may cancel your hosting plan at any time through the client area. Upon cancellation, your server will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will be terminated, and all data will be permanently deleted. No refunds will be provided for early cancellations. To avoid unwanted charges, ensure you cancel before the next billing cycle begins.

Illegal Use

LunaticHost services must be used for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from hosting content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others, including but not limited to pirated software, malicious code, or content that promotes hate or violence. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
